RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cheesecake Masters, we are committed to delivering handcrafted cheesecakes made with the finest ingredients and utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policies are designed to protect the integrity of the product and ensure customer satisfaction.

As our cheesecakes are fresh, perishable food items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once a product has been picked up from our kiosks/carts or delivered, it cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged (melted, broken, spoiled, or deformed in transit)
  • Incorrect product was delivered (flavour/variant mismatch)
  • Product not delivered (for online orders within serviceable areas)
To initiate a refund:
  • Contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order via +91-84 889 889 48 or contact@cheesecakemasters.com
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order ID and receipt/invoice
  • Refund requests will be processed within 3–5 working days after validation

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (for online orders) or offered as a store credit/voucher (for in-person purchases at kiosks/carts).

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Late pickup or failure to refrigerate the product
  • Personal taste preferences
Online Orders:

Cancellations are only allowed within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided it hasn't entered preparation or dispatch.

Kiosk/Cart Purchases:

Cancellations or changes are not possible after the order is placed, due to real-time preparation and quick-service nature.

To cancel an online order, please call our support line immediately at +91-84 889 889 48 with your order details.
