• In-store Orders: Products at kiosks/carts are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to real-time availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, delivery unavailability, or payment verification failure.

Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional offers, discounts, and bundle deals are platform/location-specific and cannot be combined unless specified.

• Online: We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments.
• Offline: Kiosks and carts accept cash, UPI, QR payments, and digital cards.

All transactions are secured via trusted payment gateways. Cheesecake Masters does not store any sensitive payment information.

We strive to accurately represent all our products. However, slight variations in texture, colour, shape, or taste may occur due to the handmade and perishable nature of our desserts.

• Online orders: cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
• Kiosk/cart purchases: returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers are expected to behave respectfully across all touchpoints. Any form of abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity will result in service termination and may be reported to authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
